• COST PER SIGNATURE
  All of our services include at least one signature, and whether it's for Acknowledgments, Jurats, or Verbal Oath/Affirmations, the State of California's signature fee is $15 per additional signature.
   

• APPOINTMENT TIME:
  Each appointment is 15 minutes. If our notary arrives and ends up waiting longer than expected for certain people or documents to be in place, there is an additional charge of $5 for every 5 minutes after the initial 15-minute appointment. Please make sure everything you need is correctly in order before we arrive to ensure a quick and easy process.
   

• UNFINISHED OR INCORRECT PAPERWORK:
  Our goal is to get you notarized and on your way as easily as possible. We will reach out to you before our appointment with a few quick questions to avoid any possible hiccups that could delay your notarization.
  
  If a notary arrives to your location and finds that the notarization is not possible because of incorrect paperwork, they will need to delay any notarizations until the document is fixed and properly in order. If our notary has arrived for the appointment but is unable to notarize, the base rate listed above will still be charged in full on your final bill for the notary's time and travel. To avoid any issues, please verify that your paperwork is complete and correct before a notary arrives. If you need more time to get things in order, let us know! We are flexible about rescheduling (details below).
   

• RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION:
  We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you need additional time. That can be done for free up to an hour before the appointment. If our notary is already on the road to your location at the time of the change, there is an a $50 travel charge that will be added to the final bill.
   

• DETENTION CENTERS, COURTHOUSES, HEALTHCARE FACILITIES:
  If our notary is going to a detention center, courthouse, or healthcare facility, there is a flat $35 fee to cover additional time and costs associated with getting into the facility.
   

• DEPOSITIONS
  $30 is the standard rate for all Depositions in California, with and additional $7 per Oath and $7 per Certificate.
   

• CERTIFYING COPIES OF POWER OF ATTORNEY
  $15 per Power of Attorney.
